Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total lodging cost at the time the reservation is made. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.


Deposits will be refunded, less 10%,  if the Innsbruck is notified more than 30 days before arrival of the cancellation. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will be non-refundable. Should notification be made within 30 days of arrival, all payment will be forfeited unless the space can be re-rented. There will be a ten percent handling fee on all cancellations. Guest is responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure date.
